4 Days Lake Nakuru & Masai Mara Safari from Nairobi – Big Five & Flamingo Experience

Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park

Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley region, passing tea and coffee plantations, Thomson Falls, and the Equator.
Arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park with a game drive en route to your lodge or camp.
In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive around the lake, known for:

• Flamingos and pelicans
• White and black rhinos
• Rothschild giraffes
• Waterbucks and other plains game
• Rich birdlife within the lake forest

Day 2: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara Game Reserve

Start with an early morning game drive before breakfast.
After breakfast, depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya’s most famous safari destination.
Arrive with a game drive en route to your camp or lodge, followed by lunch and check-in.
In the afternoon, head out for an evening game drive across the vast plains of the Mara.

Day 3: Full Day in Masai Mara Game Reserve

Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara Game Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives.
Highlights include:
The Big Five: lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, and leopard
Large herds of wildebeest and zebras
Predators such as cheetahs and hyenas
Abundant birdlife and diverse ecosystems

Optional activities include a hot air balloon safari or a visit to a Maasai village (extra cost).
